Colors from left to right:
Original Light Green, Medium Green (center), Forest Dark Green and Chartruese (looking much to yellow and nothing like Chartruese really, because of this bad picture) front. Design changes included removal of base rings in 1938 and logo mark changed from "HLC USA" to "Made in USA".
Note that the 4 3/4 " fruit bowl in Medium Green is worth up to $750 , but the 5 1/2" bowl– a mere $125. Originally refered to as the Fiesta "oatmeal" bowl, the name changed by early 1938. Early varieties will have fully glazed bottoms with the three sagger pin marks in the glaze under the rim, bowls made after 1951 will have the dry white foot for shelf loading kilns.
5 1/2" wide from rim to rim x 1 3/4" tall.
Impressed in the mold mark "fiesta H-L-C USA"
Circa 1936-1969: Made in all eleven original colors. Red discontinued from the end of 1942 until reintroduced in 1959.
